HR & Recruitment Specialist

Foursets is a fully remote Webflow agency specializing in creating websites that don’t just look great but also drive growth for businesses. Since 2021, we’ve been helping companies scale with exceptional web design, Webflow development, and SEO services.

As we grow, we’re looking for a dedicated HR and recruitment Specialist to help us build and maintain a stellar team.

You will:

• Recruit and onboard top talents. Actively source candidates for various roles such as Web Designers, Webflow Developers, and Marketing Managers, guide them through the recruitment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Keep our team aligned. Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with team members, address concerns, maintain a positive team culture, and help people grow personally and professionally.
• Manage contracts and agreements. Oversee team agreements and ensure up-to-date information. Participate in each person's salary reassessment and personal growth plan review.

You are likely:

• Experienced in cold recruiting. We assume you know that great candidates aren't always actively looking for a job.
• Have an eye for talent. By talent, we mean a kind person who is always eager to grow professionally and has relevant experience.
• You have hired different roles, such as designers, developers, and marketers.
• Self-responsible. We value proactivity and results over micromanagement and excuses.
• Are ready to work on a B2B (self-employed) contract.
• Know how to speak English and check it during the interview.
• Have laptop, cookies, and internet to work remotely.
