B2B Marketing Specialist

Foursets is a fully remote Webflow agency making websites that don’t just look pretty, but actually help businesses grow. We're based in Eastern Europe, specialize in web design, Webflow development, and SEO, and have been doing this since 2021. To support our growth, we are looking for a marketing specialist to be our marketing team's first full-time in-house specialist.

What you'll do (besides drinking coffee & being the best):

• Execute our 2025 marketing plan like a pro, making our blog, LinkedIn, and SEO shine. However, we expect not just to follow our strategy but also to enhance it over time.
• Turn website visitors into qualified leads who actually want us to be their website partner.
• Make sure we rank higher on Google than your last awkward family photo.
• Help us become a synonym for the best Webflow Agency (bonus points if we earn money along the way).
• Keep an eye on our KPIs and tweak stuff when it’s not working.

You've probably got:

• 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience (ideally with agencies or SaaS).
• Mad skills in content marketing, SEO, and all things inbound.
• The independence to work remotely without needing to be told twice (ideally even once).
• A knack for using data to make smart decisions.
• An ambition to take a part in being a CMO in the world's first Webflow agency (in 3-5 years).
• And, of course, excellent English. All our clients are English speakers.

Bonus points if you:

• Know what it’s like marketing to mid-sized companies (100-500 employees).
• Can name-drop HubSpot like you’ve been best friends for years.
• Have experience conquering competitive markets (US, EU, AU).
