The Role

We’re growing and looking for a Webflow Developer to join our dev team. In this role, you’ll work under the guidance of a team lead (but you can be as autonomous as you can) and collaborate closely with our design and marketing teams to deliver exceptional websites.

Your Responsibilities:‍

• Develop and maintain client websites using Webflow, ensuring high-quality, responsive design.
• Customize websites with custom code to meet specific client needs.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to align on project goals and timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to website functionality and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with Webflow updates and best practices to continuously improve our services.

Our Requirements:‍

• Strong experience with Webflow, including custom code integration (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Proven track record in developing and launching websites on Webflow.
• Experience with Finsweet.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Proficient in English (B1+ level)
• Experience with SEO optimization and website performance tools.
• Familiarity with other web development platforms and tools.
