Senior Web & Graphic Designer

Foursets is a fully remote Webflow agency that creates beautiful websites that help businesses grow. We have been doing this since 2021 and specialize in web design, Webflow development, and SEO. To support our growth, we are looking for a senior web & graphic designer to strengthen our design team.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing, user-friendly websites that align with clients' brand identity, marketing positioning, and sitemap.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, project managers, and clients to create design concepts and prototypes in Figma.
• Draw or adopt graphics for website designs. Create a website with look and feel concepts.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
• Provide creative input during project planning and strategy meetings.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our agency's portfolio continually.
• Deliver design assets and guidelines to developers for implementation.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English (at least B1 level).
• Strong experience in web design with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Experience with different styles of graphic design.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Gen AI graphics.
• At least 3 years of experience in an agency (software or marketing).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Webflow or other web development platforms.
• Basic knowledge of modern 3D software such as Spline or Blender.
• Knowledge of essential HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers.
• Drawing skills.

Conditions:

• Remote work. Must be available during team working hours (Central European Time).
• Full-time workload with a flexible schedule.
• Full-time workload. 40 hours a week.
• 25 working days of vacation per year.
• We are hiring self-employed individuals on a B2B contract.
• Ability to work without art direction and design fixes from the team members.
